The first step was a webinar that lasted way too long. It was a waste of time. I left early because it was so pointless. I do not recommend this scheme.

Got a phone call with some questions then a zoom interview with a few managers and a few other candidates. Took about an hour for the interview and only about 10 min for the phone call
