Quite rigid and lifeless, if I'm honest... no real insights, back & forth, reluctant to share information about the role - didn't really seem passionate about what they were doing, which was why I applied for the role (passionate about the ethics behind the company!) Very disappointing and very old-school lines of questioning. Didn't really ask to get to know anything beyond competencies and had no real desire to be there.
