The Urban Writers interview questions

There was barely an interview. I spotted a job posting somewhere and applied to be a cover designer. The contact wanted to do an 'interview,' which consisted of a 15-minute talk where they did all the talking. I was asked almost no questions, and they said I would receive instructions to do a practical test (a mockup book cover design). If I passed that test, I was hired. There was no negotiating wages.
