Phone interview then in person interview. One on one discussion with owner and manager. Interviewed in the store to see the layout and get the feel of what the job will look like
Horrible lack of information about the whole job. Went in on a Tuesday morning about 20min early. ended up taking 2 hours and in the end was told to come back in 2 weeks.

Put in application through indeed. Got a email soon after to discuss interview time. Met with owner and discussed background and experience. They asked why I was wanting a manager position. What did I struggle with professionally?
