Very straightforward, easy interviewing. Only one interview with about 15 questions - you are given a sheet with the questions on it at the beginning of the interview to look over before starting. An HR person will take notes and two people interviewing you, few if any follow-up questions on responses. Expect awkward silences even if you knocked it out of the park.
They'll get back to you quickly, within a few days, with an offer or not. Expect them to take a few weeks to draw up your contract though and if you want to negotiate expect that to take a while, too. Unless they really like you and need you they won't give you more money.. benefits are never negotiable.
