The True Life Companies interview questions

I posted my resume on monster.com and was eventually called by a recruiter. He asked me if I wanted a job and did a small interview with me over the phone. I then had to meet with the recruiter at a Starbucks. He was definitely on my side and wanted me to get the job as a recruiter would. I met with the CFO the next day at a different Starbucks and the interview was quite informal.
