I applied for the merchandising development program in the fall semester of my senior year for the allocation analyst entry level position. I applied online, received a hireview video interview, and then moved on to the on campus realistic job preview group interview. From here I was invited to the corporate office, received a tour, lunch, info session with current analysts, and then had 3 interviews with various HR recruiters. I received my offer within 1 week of my interview. I accepted.
You have maximum one try to record your answer for the hirevue, so be prepared. Also be familiar with ratio calculations and to explain cases where you’ve used excel for analysis

Started with an initial HireVue interview. Received an assessment to complete and then moved forward to an interview with the HR specialist. The recruiter was friendly and the interview was quick.

Got invitied to the first round of interviews, one way interview, questions were basic and if you know your stuff regarding allocation, should be no problem. Best piece of advice, be yourself and do not use AI.
