The interview process was extremely long and drawn out with a lot of time between communications. This is a way that you lose top talent. I was told multiple times I was a great candidate and an awesome fit for the role and was ultimately declined due to availability. Unless you are able to provide completely open availability they will not consider you for a management role (even if the availability offered is extremely flexible). This is very disappointing for parents trying to contribute to the workforce.

I had a total of 3 phone interviews and was asked to attend hiring event. I attended and received positive feedback the next day, I was asked for 3 references, I provided 7. They never contacted me again. I have written several emails and no answers. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Rather sad actually, because we are not just a resume, we are people who have families and deserve some sort of feedback.
