Informal and very casual. The questions were simple and the usual questions they ask in interviews. After that they asked me about my availability and they called me back the next day to start working with them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Studio (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
A digital interview where we had a calm and nice dialogue. I was told about their company, the employees and some cases they had been working on lately. I got to introduce myself while I was showing my portfolio and works done in it.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Studio (Bellevue, WA) in Jan 2015
Interview
At first the interview came off fairly negative towards my previous arts experience as though that meant nothing. I was told to bring in some of my previous art work. When I did bring in something fairly nice which did take me awhile to make It was looked at with a slight look of disgust.
I think that was the only thing that made me wonder about the job. They are not as open to different styles as I had hoped.
