Interview
First interview (or screening) was done by the founder, who seemed nice enough. Got a second interview where I had to do a presentation, with the sales manager and lets just say...Toxic cultures usually reveal themselves through things like:
-glorifying burnout
-weird pressure tactics during interviews
-lack of clarity but huge expectations
-arrogance disguised as “performance culture”
-subtle disrespect
-interviewers talking over you
-obsession with hustle over process
-making you feel anxious instead of energize
I actually emailed their HR and withdrew my application in the same hour.
I was interrupted immediately, interrogated and made to feel like I was on trial. I'm at a point in my career where I don't need to take jobs just because, and I thought this seemed like a cool startup. But, energy doesn't lie. I've had amazing professional relationships with all my ex-bosses so I know what real leadership looks like...and this ain't it. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Interview
I went through the full interview process and encountered several red flags worth sharing.
• The CEO was late to multiple interviews, and the process felt rushed and disorganized.
• The company emphasised that people looking for just a “job” or a “salary” don’t belong here - signs of overwork and underpay.
• Weekend work was casually expected, and the offered salary was far below market standards where I am, which raises concerns about exploitation of remote talent in lower-income regions.
Overall, the company gives the impression of hustle culture masked as “passion” while offering minimal compensation and poor respect for candidates’ time. Proceed with caution.
Most unprofessional company I have encountered to date.
Applied last year, got an interview invitation after one year.
Interview invitation for Account manager
But job description is for Account Executive
During the interview they inform me about the role and it’s neither account executive nor account manager it’s for Sales manager.
Appalling!
Spoke with the CEO, he barely gives me 15 minutes and tells me he keeps his call shorts. Rushed me during the interview then abruptly ended it.
Don’t fall for the salaries posted on Glassdoor and other sites they offer penny on the dollar
