I interviewed at The Spring of Tampa Bay (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Awful experience horrible management. I was really excited to work here but I did not want to continue after the awful onboarding. It was such a waste of my time and they were very rude.

Interview
There was a phone interview first, and then there was a face to face interview with 2 different supervisors with pretty much the same questions. Then there was a written portion if you say you're bilingual where you translate a document they give you.

Interview
I submitted an online application and received an email to schedule a phone screening. I was asked to come in for an in person interview the day after the phone screening.
The in person interview was with two managers. They ask you to fill out a lengthy hard copy application (which was already done online). They told me it had to be done per company policy. On this hard copy application, they request your SSN. I regrettably provided it, but I was hopeful that I would get the position.
The interview was long. The managers took turns reading off interview questions on a sheet of paper. When we were done, they let me know that I would hear back from them by the end of that week. Now, It has been over a month now and I never heard back from anyone.
However, what I am very uncomfortable about is what is done with these hard copy applications that they ask potential hires to complete. These applications ask for our legal names, addresses, and social. Considering the area and those they service I am left uneasy about how safe this information they request is in their hands. Are they shredding them if they do not move forward with you?? I don’t see why else they would need to keep this information.
I have written at least 3 emails to K.L (one of the managers that interviewed me) asking her to explain this to me and I have not heard back.
Note to all those applying....maybe wait to give out your SSN, I learned the hard way that I shouldn’t be so trusting.
