Really pleasant interview process and effective Questions, not intimidating however if anything best to have a bit more clarity on role description so as to ensure a more clear idea on job description . Overall a pleasant interview process however with good organisation and fast responses and feedback

Interview
The interview process was okay, had video calls with 2 different people and they were informal conversations. I then received no feedback afterwards and emailed a week later to ask, still nothing. Couple of weeks on and I have been completely ignored - coming from a recruiter, this is really unprofessional and doesn’t make the company look good. I’m disappointed as the role sounded good and people seemed nice.

Good process, short interviews with different people in the company. Quick responses and interview schedules. They try to get an idea of how well you will fit in the team and will answer questions about the business and the company culture.
