The Scripps Research Institute interview questions

The first round of the interview process used a software called SparkHire, a one-way interview that prompts you with questions which you then self-record your responses to. There were about 8 questions, with 30 second think time and 3 minutes to respond.

I applied online and received an email for a phone screening. After the phone screening I was invited to an in person interview. It was 3 45 minute interviews. After the interviews they moved forward with checking references and then an offer was made. The process was very smooth and they were transparent the whole time of what to expect next. Such a breath of fresh air during the current job market.
