I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (London, England)
Interview
I initially completed an application form for a role with a charity
Was interviewed initially by a recruitment agency and informed which charity I would be working for and then completed a written assignment.
I then had a follow up interview day at the location where I would be working which included a tour of the building, meeting staff members and residents. I then had an interview with residents and an interview with a panel from management. The process was a relaxed one and I felt able to express myself freely.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Salvation Army
Interview
Interview went very well but was never given feedback or told that I had been unsuccessful. Very disappointing and received a rude email when I enquired about the status of the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Salvation Army in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview was online via teams - panel of 3 although one was off sick so it ended up being two.
They both asked me a few questions each relevant to my experience
Nice and friendly interview

Interview
Woman leading interview kept asking very personal, inappropriate questions and felt very aggressively holier than thou. Didn't inspire me to continue the process though sure this was more the individual than the institution
