I applied online. I interviewed at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in Apr 2026
Interview
Received an invitation to interview 1 month after application deadline. The interview was conducted by a panel. Interviewers were friendly and asked questions separately. After the interview, I had to call them to find out the outcome as the online application was not updated.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust
Interview
The interview was enjoyable and relaxed. There was a task beforehand, filling in CRF form with a sample clinic letter.
Overall I have had a positive experience, and the questions made sense - there was one last question that may have been designed to ease nerves, which was which superpower would you like to have! :)
