Very easy.. No experience needed and willing to train on security. Met with HR. Only needed one interview, and they were very accommodating to my student schedule. HR person was nice and professional.

I was first contacted from the HR manager with an initial interview. Then I met with the assistant director, director, then GM. Kind of an intimidating process but I was confident and backed up my responses.
