The process was over couple of months period. Starting from initial CV and cover letter screening. This was followed by two writing samples reviews, plus a short pre-recorded interview and a personal interview

Interview
It was an automated interview and took around 20 minutes. The most diffcult part was to answer the questions briefly (45-60 seconds). Apart from the interview being rather difficult due to the time pressure I really enjoyed it because I received more exciting questions than the usual competency-based ones.
