Interview
Had an interview with them a year or so ago, and to say it was a nightmare is a short coming.
I spoke to the lady over the phone And things were fine so it seemed. I was supposed to work and have a job tendered to me by one location and I was never contacted by then. A month or so went by and numerous texts and phone calls to the corporate office went unanswered. Because of the no communication I lost the opportunity to work at that certain store. The recruiter straight up lied to me and who I spoke to by saying she had reached out to me about the position and never did. Had the texts and emails to prove it. It went from a recruiter to the on store manager or shift leader would reached to me, which never happened.
It was extremely disorganized and it shouldn’t have taken calls to corporate and a completely useless recruiter lying to me and never getting back to me.
Since then I’ve heard Walmart has removed T-ROC and it’s probably for the best if they’re running interviews like mine.
