Interview
I received a call from a recruiter. She explained the company and the program. I came into the office for an interview and spoke with her and then with the president. Learned more about the opportunity there and went over what I was looking for. Went back for third interview and was able to speak with a current advisor and trainee.

Interview
There were four steps. First I had a phone interview followed by a second phone interview with the president of the company. After that I had an in person interview and was able to speak with a person going through the trainee program currently. After that was the final interview where I was able to meet the president and was made an offer.

Interview
I received a call from a recruiter explaining the position, the opportunities, and the expectations. After that I had another call and spoke with one of the current trainees. Came in for the first in person interview and went into more detail about how the business model works as well as the expectations again. It was very straightforward in regards to the amount of work it takes. After that interview I met with the president of the company and went through a business plan example. I was asked to study that to get an idea of the position.
