From the initial contact from my recruiter, she kept in constant touch with me, even encouraging me to call her after each step to touch base and share feedback. She moved me through the process at a pace that was reasonable for me (the whole process took just under 2 weeks). During the interviews with the managers and Stakeholders, the questions were fair, and clear. They didn’t ask anything confusing or “tricky” like most places. They asked questions directly pertaining to the position, and experience. Even after the offer was extended, she still answered any questions I had. She was honest with me and answered each question with honest answers, which meant I had a clear idea of the position, company, and culture going into it.
