The Ranch Resident Assistant interview questions

They called a group of 6 potential candidates in front of a panel of 8 staff. We all introduced ourselves following their introductions. We did a team building exercise. We completed the process by individual interviews with 2 staff members asking specific questions about situations we have experienced on the job.
