I first met with the COO who was wonderful at explaining the purpose and values of the company. She was open to questions and suggested several people internally who would be helpful in giving me a better sense of the work and company. The follow up was terrific and I was introduced to a couple of Directors, Principals and Managers. As I was interviewing I felt I was also being provided an onramp into the company. By the end of the process I really wanted the job. It didn't seem too much because I would know what I was signing on to.
