Drei Gespräche insgesamt. Das erste war eine Art Motivationsgespräch was noch am besten war. Das zweite ehr ein Test mit live Codereview am geteilten Bildschirm ohne genaue Zielsetzung 7nd Vorgaben. Das letzte war mit dem CTO und gilt laut Recruiter als sichere Sache dafür das man genommen wird. Tatsächlich hab ich eine mündliche Zusage bekommen, die ein paar Tage später nicht mehr galt. Absage kam durch den Recruiter und nicht direkt von TQG.
