The Print Factory Ink Sales Representative interview questions

In attending an initial terview with the owner I was not asked any questions that would determine my suitability to the job or company. He was only interested in how much business I would be bringing to his company. The ad for the position mentioned salary, benefits and commision although in the interview he denied there would be benefits.
