I interviewed at The Point Group

      Interview

Initial communication with the Corporate Recruiter was fairly straightforward and clear. After a series of emails, brief phone calls, and a phone interview that was less than 10 minutes long, an in-person interview was arranged soon thereafter, and I was pulled into a conference room with the Corporate Recruiter, who had a copy of my resume with red pen annotations all over it. The questions she asked were mainly about some of my resume items and work experience, with a few personality questions thrown in here and there. She pulled in one of the Associate VPs, who had a few more questions in the same category as before, and the interview was over.

      Question 1

The interview questions were pretty straightforward, but some of the personality profile questions caught me off-guard, in a non-invasive way. I was pretty prepared for anything they could throw at me question-wise, but I hadn't stopped to consider some other aspects of my personality and work ethic.
