First, I was given a tour of the entire place and then was presented some ppt slides about their company and what to expect from the job. After an hour long discussion on whether or not this is the right fit for both parties, I was asked to do a mock teaching. I was given a week to prepare for this 15-20 min presentation and it lasted only 10 mins on the actual day. They were pleased with my performance because my style of teaching aligned with theirs.
