very quick and easy, easy questions, asked how you handle older people since thats all you work with, the interviews were very quick but they were very misleading with the compensation that the trainers receive, the slow motion method does not really work, its all based upon nutrition.

Online, quick, efficient, and they’re communicative the whole way through. It’s easy to navigate their interview system and they also have an in person interview where you can check out the facility and see if it’s the right fit

When they accept your application you are scheduled to answer three questions that are pre recorded and than asked to submit your answers. The second interview is with the regional manager where they will go over job expectations and wage information.
