My interview experience was very Pathetic. First of all they don't have any contact number to communicate over. I went for java developer and i got my test paper of Android developer. YOU GUSY CAN THINK NOW HOW THEY HANDLE RECRUITMENTS. fIRST THEY NEED TO HIRE SOME GOOD HR AND SET SOME POLICIES OF THERE COMPANY. They have lack of professionalism, i have been there for interview finally after 3 and a half hours of journey because the address they had mentioned on their website "India: TPF Technologies Pvt Ltd 55, Vaishali, Pitam Pura, Maurya Enclave, New Delhi, India, 110034" is faulty/different with the address they had shared with me over my email. I had to travel a lot due to this silly mistake of them, that is the main reason i had told this company a lack of professionalism. And after i asked to the poc that whether the address is changed or they had shifted there office recently, i have been told the address where they have there office before was not "India: TPF Technologies Pvt Ltd 55, Vaishali, Pitam Pura, Maurya Enclave, New Delhi, India, 110034" this also. I still don't get any feedback about my interview, whether i got selected or not. I don't have any contact number tho so that i can call and ask for the feedback. I have tried communicating over email but before interview they rigorously communicating with me over email but after that they had stopped replying. I don't recommend anyone to this company who don't have any concern to change the address to their website either. I don't know as it is an IT company how they manage developing software if they don't know how to change the string of there office address.
