Interview
There's an initial interview where they ask about your skills and which department you're interested in. After that, you get interviewed by the department head of the position you're applying for. It wasn't too formal because they said they wanted to meet the interns in a relaxed setting. They said that people's personalities show better when they're relaxed.

The interview process was quite quick. My initial interview was online, this was screening interview by HR. If we pass this(, we are endorsed for an interview with the specific department was onsite. The questions were related to our HRM course so it is oretty doable as long as you answer appropriately (poised, calm, etc.)
