Initial phone screen then video conference with a panel of employees. Initial phone screen is very comfortable with a very optimistic employee who makes the company feel welcoming and gives hope they want to hire you. Second interview with the panel was disheartening when the owner asked me "Are you someone who tends to over exaggerate?" after being asked to give an example of when I made a mistake and how I handled it. Which is already uncomfortable to talk about, and no, I was not exaggerating. Never felt so uncomfortable after an interview but really enjoyed speaking with the initial employee as well as every other employee I spoke with!
