Had a great conversation with HR, talked about pay and she said what I needed was doable. Had a great interview with store manager and asm, they asked me back next day to meet dm. DM looked shocked when I talked about what I needed for pay, which the HR person said was something they could do. What I asked for was on the low end of average for industry standard in our area. Did not get offered the job, they never even contacted me after DM interview, but I also did not follow up because the amount of responsibility was not worth the low pay.
