Panel interview with manager and 3 friendly but forward staff nurses. Asked direct questions and gave a good representation on what the job would entail. Their questions were not designed to trip up the interviewee but rather to initiate a conversation.

Hostile charge nurse asking bullying questions. Zero done on me, asking would I be OK doing more work than one particular person. Do people like me? My resume looks great, but they aren’t sure about me as a person? After meeting me for five minutes and her talking the whole time.
