Interview
I was asked to call them before a formal interview, but I decided during the call that I would not want to work within the environment as it's not a suitable fit for me. The person I spoke to became irritable and slightly aggressive, and I could hear abusive language in the background during the call. In the end, I expressed my disinterest in the role,

A little bit of advice going forward would be to research the company before any interview - wheather telephone, online or face to face.
