The North West Company interview questions

Long process but very organized. Online orientation into the company and two online interviews. The process was very straight forward and hassle free. Required to provide references. Interviewers do not generally have a ton of knowledge about working in the stores, just about the company itself.

A phone interview including several behavioural questions for the first round. After about a week, they will call you and tell you the results. There is then a zoom interview with two supervisors.
