Interview
It was actually pretty straight forward when I went to interview at that time for a full time position. They were great and made you feel comfortable. I did not feel nervous at all. I got the offer for the position within a couple of days.
I was a little nervous at first but Interview was pretty easy, only asked about my work history and what i was interested in. The guy who interviewed me was cool. I got hired pretty quick. It was a different from other interviews which made it easy to answer any questions he had about me and my work history.
Questions were a mix of easy and challenging - nothing that tries to throw you off your feet, but enough to make you think. It is a very fast-paced environment and being able to make split decisions is important.
