Was happy with the interview I had, meeting with my head of department who also introduced me to other team members to get a flavour of what the team was like. Comprehensive and accessible interview process with an opportunity for me to ask questions about the role and the culture.

Two person panel on a Teams/Zoom call. One was super friendly, the other a bit neutral. Overall they tried to make it a non-intimidating scenario. Not much chit chat, no easy warm up questions, they kind of went straight into competency based questions within 3-4 minutes of the interview commencing. It was tough - but to be fair only because in all honesty the job was a bit of a stretch for me, others may have found it easier.
