Met for 3 hours with two marketing employees and 2 co-owners. Long interview on skype with another marketing employee in L.A. I was told they would get back to me by the end of the week since there was a big convention coming up. Once I didn't hear from them by that day, I knew that they weren't going to hire me. However, they emailed me 3 month later saying we aren't hiring you . Well, really?!

They asked general questions about my experience and what I was looking for. Also, I was asked to give examples of different situations, my best work and how I handled specific moments in my past employment.
