Working with the Nagler Group was a pleasant process. The recruiter was very easy to work with. Friendly and checked in with me often. I ended up finding a role independently, but I enjoyed working with the staffing agency during my job search.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Nagler Group
Interview
I had high expectations for The Nagler Group based on a positive past experience that helped me land my current role. Unfortunately, my recent interactions have been extremely disappointing.
At the beginning of December, I had an hour-long conversation with a senior individual who promised to follow up via email and schedule another conversation the following week. Neither happened. I reached out via phone and left a voicemail, but received no response.
Additionally, I’ve contacted multiple individuals regarding job postings under the Nagler name, and none have responded. This lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly frustrating, especially when candidates invest their time and trust in the process.
The Nagler Group used to stand out for its quality and professionalism, but it seems things have gone downhill. Ignoring candidates or getting their hopes up only to ghost them is unacceptable. I hope they address these issues, as it tarnishes the reputation they’ve built.
