I applied at a whim to the N2 Company and received an email the following day. I scheduled the first interview and at the end scheduled the second interview for two days later. To be clear, I applied under the guise of Market Manager, but after speaking with the interviewer the position was changed to Agent Director. Be mindful of this. During the second interview, a lot came to light about the company and their structure. To start, they do not offer base pay. They are a commission only company. Your pay also does not come until your contracts are published, which can take 3-4 months. This means you would be without pay for 3-4 months. When asked if that concerns me, I told the interviewer yes. The interviewer then told me that some people choose to pull from their savings or 401ks to support themselves until they are published. The employer also informed me that I would have business expenses. Business cards, postcards, etc. But then informed me that I would need business insurance. I asked if I would need an LLC, in which the interviewer seemed shocked that I would be educated enough to ask that question. This is also something to be mindful of. Also, this company is not accredited by the BBB.
