I had already secured the position through my college internship program. The interview process was very low stress and welcoming. I felt like I was immediately part of the team.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Morning Call (Allentown, PA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Resumes are sent to management, if they like your resume the recruiter wil have a phone interview with you. If you pass that, you'll be invited in for a face to face interview with two managers. if your interview went well, you'll have a second interview with management.
If you're offered a position, you need to pass a drug test, background check including driving record.
Our process is long, don't expect a quick turnaround.
