1st stage - Phone call to informally go over experience and why you want the role 2nd stage - Face to face interview with your branch manage to go over the above, break the ice and demonstrate massage techniques - will ask questions about pressure etc. 3rd stage - If successful in above, you go onto a 5 day training week where one of the senior massage therapists will teach you the company's way of delivering massage as well as the add-ons they offer. They will also include live training where you have 2 days of massaging customers and staff members. On the 5th day you have an assessment to go over the basic massage techniques you learnt in the week.

The interview was professional and straightforward. It included questions about my experience and a short practical massage test. The team was welcoming and made the process comfortable. Overall, a positive experience.
