The initial phone screening and remote interviews with the Sydney TMP team were positive and I had constructive conversations learning more about the team, role and opportunity. The final assessment interview required on-the-spot problem solving for client briefs, which provided interesting challenges followed by short discussions with the wider team to determine office culture fit. However, after my final assessment interview it took four weeks of 'we'll get back to you' follow-up emails to even gauge a decision - after which the team had decided on another candidate for a seemingly arbitrary reason. The delay in coming back to me with a decision made for a frustrating interview experience.
