One round, 30 minute interview meeting with the account managers I would be reporting to. Mainly behavioral questions, going through my resume, etc. Interviewers were incredibly easy going and cordial.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Marketing Arm (Melbourne)
Interview
No interview, there was a trial shift to see how you operate with the team and customers and to see how well you work in the store. There were a few trial shifts but no actual sit down interview. I think sometimes they do a situation down interveiw though.
