Phone interview with department head. Then came in a week or two later and met with HR and the department members. Then two weeks later, met the department head face to face. At that time, HR was rather rude and he was not engaged. Department employees were pleasant. Department head was rude and a little hostile.

Interview
The interview procedure was standard, at first:
-A friend submitted me
-HR called
-I met with a few people, including the President
Then it got interesting:
-HR called back to let me know they loved me and would be scheduling follow ups and after several months and a few follow ups, I never heard back
-I then heard the President was let go and the whole place was in chaos
-I considered it dodging a bullet
