Interview
I received a quick phone call after my application was received. Set up a face to face interview where they asked me about my experience, availability, and why I chose to apply there. They then gave me a tour of the restaurant and let me know how they operate (in a nut shell). I was brought back to meet the owner and receive my job offer.
