I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Local Group (Independence, OH) in Jul 2014

Interview

First, you're asked to come in for a 5 minute interview, then you're asked to come back for a "ride along". In the first "interview" they just look to see if you have persuasive skills, and try to sell you on their company. In the "ride along" they attempt to convince you that you belong there and give you an ego boost.
