I filled out my paper application and waited for the Director. She asked me the basic questions and asked me how much experience I had in the position I was applying for. She asked me if I was familiar with the minimum standards.
You get an email. Then you are asked to respond via phone if interested in coming in for an interview. You will have 2 interviews and if they are interested you will be most likely offered that job

Interview
The interview process was okay, they asked a lot of questions related to child care and dealing with problem solving. Experience in childcare is very important for this job . You will be responsible for tours , family relations and children files, to keep up with DCF requirements
