The Interview Included a Code Exercise and a serie of short meetings which evaluated the experience / manner of working with different areas and/or persons which are involved while working at Development and it Life-Cycle. The meetings were conducted as casual conversations rather than an oral exam about Software development which I personally enjoy more because it gives you the chance to know interviewers a little bit better.
