I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
Brief - asked about my previous research. They assumed they knew everything about me from my CV - this was a terrible assumption. They were more interested in telling me about what they do and everything I could become involved with. If I could go back, I would ask about previous post-docs (what they did, how long they were there, frequency of publication, why they left, and what they are doing now) and I wouldn't take the job without a career development plan.

Question 1
I was not asked difficult questions - explain this project, how did you do that, etc.
Great interview process. I gave a job talk. Interview questions are in line with my interests and interviewers were well informed and prepared. Overall I think it was a very good experience.

Question 1
Where would you like to be in your career in 10 years?
Initially, I had a phone interview with the employer and I was selected for the next round. The interview was conducted remotely. I have to give 30 min power point presentation. Overall, the interview process was smooth and well-planned.
I gave a research presentation in the lab meeting and then talked to every lab member to understand their projects. After the official interview, I also had dinner with them.
