Complete a design challenge that takes roughly 4 hours. Present your solution in no more than 10 slides. then answer simple behavioural style questions about how you would deal with challenging situations. They additionally asked questions about how you managed relationships at your previous employer.

Interview
Spoke with the recruiter and then had two interviews with hiring managers. Overall, I had a positive experience. Only critique would the unresponsiveness when there are no next steps. When a candidate isn't selected, it's nice to be notified so they can pursue other options.
